Paysan Breton has developed a wide range of Cheese Board Cheeses, all made with cow's milk – high-quality milk collected from our 7,000 dairy farmer members in Brittany and Pays de la Loire.
Paysan Breton Emmental is available in portion and grated format. It is a generous cheese with a slightly fruity flavour. It is made in Ploudaniel (Finistère). Paysan Breton Emmental is the perfect addition to pasta, potatoes, soups, adding a distinctive and delightful taste.
