Vanilla and Pineapple Crepe Pastilla

Recette Pastilla de Crêpes La Vanillée à l’ananas BD Paysan Breton


  • 8 Paysan Breton Vanilla flavoured Crepes " La Vanillée"
  • 40g Paysan Breton Unsalted Moulded butter
  • 1 pineapple
  • 30g raisins
  • 30g blanched almonds
  • 10 Agen prunes
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Icing sugar


  1. Peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes.
  2. Chop the prunes.
  3. Roughly crush the almonds.
  4. Melt 20g of the unsalted butter in a frying pan and sauté the prunes, raisins and almonds. Add the honey, stir and caramelise the mixture.
  5. When there is no more juice, the mixture is ready.
  6. Place two vanilla crepes on top of each other. Add a quarter of the mixture to the crepes and fold the crepes on themselves.
  7. Melt the remaining 20g of butter in a large frying pan and brown the pastillas on each side.
  8. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
