Whipped Soft Cheese and Clementine Brioche
Paysan Breton has a snack for you that is full of freshness: A slice of brioche with Plain Whipped Soft Cheese with Sea Salt from Guérande and clementine segments - voila!
- Toast the slices of brioche in a toaster.
- Spread some Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Soft Cheese with Sea Salt from Guérande on each slice.
- Peel the clementines and remove the white membranes (if you wish) from each segment.
- Put the segments on the slices of brioche.
You do not have to use fresh brioche. This is a great recipe to use any leftover brioche that has seen better days. Toasting the brioche will freshen it up.
