Method :
- Preheat oven to 200°C (Gas Mark 7).
- Cut shortbread pastry shell and place in 4 tartlet tins.
- Prepare the marinade: wash and chop basil. Peel, remove germ from garlic and chop. In a bowl, combine basil, garlic and seasoning. Add oil and stir.
- Wash and cut tomatoes into thin slices.
- Wash and thinly slice courgettes.
- Cut Baguette cheese into thin slices.
- Alternate layers of vegetables and cheese in each tin. Brush with marinade. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Paysan Breton tip
Serve this tartlet with a mixed green salad topped with toasted pine nuts.
