Emmental Grape Skewers

Ingredients for :

4 people
White grape
50 g White grapes
Poppy seed
3 Teaspoons Poppy seeds
1 Unit Salad

Method :

  1. Peel the grape seeds, cut them in half and deseed.
  2. Cut the Paysan Breton Emmental into cubes of about 2 x 2 cm.
  3. Pour the chia seeds in a small bowl and roll the diced Emmental over. Press lightly so that the seeds adhere to the cheese.
  4. On a wooden pick, place a cube of cheese, half of a grape and a young shoot.
  5. Place them on a nice plate and serve.
