Appetizer loaf with chorizo and emmental

Ingredients for :

4 people
Round farmhouse loaf
1 Unit Round farmhouse loaf
10 Slices Chorizos
1 Sprig Thyme
2 Cloves Garlic

Method :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Peel, degerm and chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Cut the emmental into thin slices. Cut the chorizo slices in half.
  3. Score a criss-cross pattern into the loaf using a serrated knife.
  4. Insert the chorizo and emmental slices between the pieces of bread.
  5. Sprinkle with thyme and garlic. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately. Your guests can tear off pieces of bread.

Pour un goût plus doux, vous pouvez remplacer le chorizo par des lardons, du jambon ou de la pancetta.
