Mini pizza

Ingredients for :

4 people
Pizza dough
1 Unit Pizza dough
Tomato coulis
20 cl Tomato coulis
Cherry tomato
10 Units Cherry tomatoes
1 Handful Rocket
Pine nut
10 g Pine nuts

Method :

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut out circles with a round pastry cutter or a glass.
  3. Spread tomato coulis on the circles, leaving and edge of approximately one cm.
  4. Place Paysan Breton shallot & chive whipped cheese on each mini pizza.
  5. Arrange cherry tomatoes cut in half on top and sprinkle with pine nuts.
  6. Place in oven for 10 minutes and top with rocket just before serving.

Paysan Breton tip

Delicious and light, these mini pizzas can also be topped with ham, olives or mushrooms to your liking.
