Method :
- Mix the eggs with the sugar until the batter becomes light and fluffy, then add the butter cut into small cubes.
- Fold in the cornstarch and flour, and whisk until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice, then the baking powder, and mix again.
- Grease the jars and fill them halfway with the batter, then bake on the rack for 45 minutes at 160 °C (fan-assisted oven).
- Once baked, close the jars immediately.
- Now it’s ready to enjoy!
