Valentine’s Day Cookies

Valentine’s Day Cookies by Paysan Breton

Ingredients for :

4 people
Brown sugar
100 g Brown sugar
Powdered sugar
100 g Powdered sugar
Egg
2 Units Eggs
Flour
300 g Flour
Dark chocolate
200 g Dark chocolates
Baking powder
1 Teaspoon Baking powder
Salt
2 Pinches Salt
Baking soda
1 Teaspoon Baking soda

Method :

  1. Soften the butter until it becomes creamy.
  2. Cream the butter with both types of sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Gradually incorporate the flour while mixing.
  5. Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips, then mix again until combined.
  6. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let the cookies rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
