Baking soda
Method :
- Soften the butter until it becomes creamy.
- Cream the butter with both types of sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Gradually incorporate the flour while mixing.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips, then mix again until combined.
- Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, shape the cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Let the cookies rest in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
