Method :
- Prepare the naan dough: Heat the milk in the microwave, dissolve the yeast then let stand for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the soft butter, yogurt, olive oil, salt and the herbal mixture.
- Pour in the yeast milk mixture then work the dough well until it is homogeneous. Feel free to add a little flour if necessary
- Cover with a damp cloth and let stand 30 minutes.
- Flour your work surface and your hands, then spread the dough about 0.5 cm thick, then brown them in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side. (Little tip to make them soft : Put a lid over the pan when cooking.) - Put them aside.
- Garnish : Peel the sweet potato, cut it into thin slices and cook in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes.
- Peel and slice the red onion.
- Spread the Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese over the entire naan, place the sweet potato slices, the crushed walnuts and the red onion rings.
- Heat in the oven at 180 ° C for 8 minutes. Pour in a good drizzle of maple syrup then serve immediately with arugula.
