In Brittany, crêpes have always enjoyed an image as a delicious treat to be shared with others. With its L'Authentique crêpes based on a recipe with a home-made feel, Paysan Breton has paid its own delicious tribute to Breton culture.

Our delightfully buttery L’Authentique crêpes provide a quick way of enjoying a tasty treat with a short list of ingredients, just like a home-made recipe. You can eat them however you fancy, either plain or filled with chocolate, jam or fruit, providing the perfect means of brightening up your day!

  • Ingredients: Plain flour, fresh pasteurised milk (24%), sugar, eggs, Paysan Breton fresh butter (5.6%), salt, dextrose
  • Milk produced by our farmers in Brittany and Pays de la Loire, flour milled in Brittany from French wheat, French sugar, eggs 100% sourced from Brittany

  • Made in Finistère Our crêpe batter is prepared daily and cooked the traditional way on cast iron plates.

Manufacture Crêpes

  • For even softer crêpes, heat them for a few seconds in the microwave.
  • Make sure to reseal the pack properly after use to prevent the crêpes from drying out and consume within a few days.
  • Keep them away from heat (these are genuine Breton crêpes so they're not used to it!) and moisture.

All products in the Paysan Breton range are manufactured in Brittany and Pays de Loire. Crêpes are specifically manufactured at our factory in Ploudaniel (Brittany).

What are the ideal conditions for storing Paysan Breton Crepes?

For our crepes to stay soft and keep their appealing texture, we recommend that you store them at room temperature in a dry place. Also, it is essential that the packaging is properly sealed after use. 

How long can Paysan Breton Crepes be kept after opening?

Once the packaging has been opened, the taste properties of the product will slowly deteriorate: the crepes will gradually lose their soft texture.

Made with the finest ingredients, we want you to enjoy all the qualities of Paysan Breton Crepes. Accordingly, we recommend that you consume them within a few days of opening the packaging and that you seal the packaging each time it is opened, storing it at room temperature in a dry, dark place.
