Egg noodles with sesame cream

Ingredients for :

2 people
250 g Noddles
Sesame paste
3 Dessert spoons Sesame paste
Soy sauce
2 Dessert spoons Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
1 Teaspoon Rice vinegar
Huile de sésame
1 Teaspoon Huile de sésame
Powdered sugar
4 g Powdered sugar
1 Clove Garlic
Fresh ginger
1 Unit Fresh ginger
Cooking Cream 15% Paysan Breton
10 cl Cooking Cream 15% Paysan Breton

Method :

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic and 5g of ginger.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, reserving 3 tablespoons of cooking water. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the sesame paste and crème fraîche. Gradually add the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and noodle water, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Add garlic and grated ginger.
  5. Pour sauce over cooled pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Serve the noodles garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Paysan Breton tip

You can add 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes to spice up the recipe.
