Country-style bruschetta with sweet potato, mushrooms and Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese

Ingredients for :

4 people
400 g Spaghettis
Cherry tomato
25 Units Cherry tomatoes
5 Sheets Basil
5 Pinches Salt

Method :

  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time indicated.
  4. Drain and add the cherry tomatoes. Mix well.
  5. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped basil and crumbled Whipped Cheese.

Paysan Breton tip

You can accompany this dish with arugula seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.
