Mixed Fried Peas, Flat Beans and Tomatoes with Herbs

Ingredients for :

4 people
Onion
2 Units Onions
Garlic
1 Clove Garlic
Olive oil
2 Dessert spoons Olive oil
Tomato
2 Units Tomatoes
Pea
250 g Peas
Runner bean
300 g Runner beans
Thyme
2 Sprigs Thyme
Vegetable bouillon
1 Unit Vegetable bouillon
Salt, pepper
1 Pinch Salt, pepper
Basil
1 Sheet Basil

Method :

  1. Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters.
  2. Wash peas and flat beans.
  3. Peel and mince onions, peel and chop garlic.
  4. In a deep frying pan, sweat onions and garlic with Lightly Salted Moulded Butter and olive oil. Add quartered tomatoes and cook 3 minutes over medium heat. Add peas, flat beans, thyme leaves and gently stir before adding the vegetable stock.
  5. Cook 12-15 minutes over low heat. Check if vegetables are cooked and correct seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with fresh basil before serving hot.
