Spring Brie Cheese Tartine

Ingredients for :

4 people
Mushroom
250 g Mushrooms
Olive oil
1 Dessert spoon Olive oil
Thyme
4 Sprigs Thyme
Farmhouse bread
4 Slices Farmhouse bread
Jambon cru
4 Slices Jambon cru
Salt
1 Pinch Salt

Method :

  1. Rinse and dry mushrooms, cut into thin slices.
  2. In a frying pan, melt Unsalted Moulded Butter with oil and sauté mushrooms until golden brown.
  3. Add 2 tbsp Crème Fraîche, salt and pepper, sprinkle with fresh thyme and gently stir for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Preheat oven using the grill setting. Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Spread mushroom mixture over bread slices and cover with the slices of cured ham.
  5. Cut Label Rouge Brie into thin slices (approx. 3 mm thick). Slightly layer 2-3 slices on each slice of bread.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then bake 3-4 min. Remove from oven and serve immediately with a mixed green salad.

Paysan Breton tip

This recipe can also be made with cooked ham for children, for example.
