Method :
- Toast the gingerbread slices in the toaster for 1 minute.
- Cut Christmas trees out of the gingerbread slices using a Christmas tree biscuit cutter.
- Finely dice the apple
- Spread a generous layer of Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Cheese onto each gingerbread tree.
- Put one slice of smoked duck breast on each tree.
- Decorate your trees with a few pieces of diced apple and some aromatic herbs, and enjoy!
