Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients for :

4 people
Milk chocolate
120 g Milk chocolates
Dark chocolate
150 g Dark chocolates
UHT Cream 30%
125 cl UHT Cream 30%
Cocoa powder
100 g Cocoa powder

Method :

  1. Break up both chocolates.
  2. Boil cream and Unsalted Moulded Butter.
  3. Pour over chocolate. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Leave to cool slightly. Roll into small balls then roll in cocoa powder. Place on a dish and let harden in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Remove from refrigerator 5 minutes before serving.

Paysan Breton tip

You may use rum or Calvados instead of Fine de Bretagne.
