Lemon Cake with Whipped Cheese Madame Loïk

Ingredients for :

4 people
150 g Flour
4 Units Eggs
2 Units Lemons
Brown sugar
50 g Brown sugar
Baking powder
1 Bag Baking powder
Olive oil
2 Dessert spoons Olive oil

Method :

  1. Separating the egg yolk from the egg white.
  2. Mix the egg yolks with the Whipped Cheese Madame Loïk.
  3. Wash the lemons and remove the zest and juice from one.
  4. Add the lemons and mix well. Add the olive oil.
  5. Add the dry ingredients a little at a time.
  6. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into first mixture.
  7. Pour into buttered, floured pan and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  8. When cooled, decorate with powdered sugar, lemon zest, and a sprinkling of crushed pistachios (optional).
