Method :
- Place a large enough food film on your work top.
- Place the salmon slices over the length.
- Spread Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese on the slices.
- Cover with spinach shoots and season with crushed pink berries.
- Using the food film, wrap the slices on themselves to form a long cylinder.
- Close the film tightly and set for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Remove the film and cut into slices with a sharp knife.
Paysan Breton tip
For a more original version, add a few chopped dried cranberries on the spinach leaves.
