Salmon and whipped cheese rolls

Ingredients for :

4 people
Smoked salmon
4 Slices Smoked salmon
Baby spinach
1 g Baby spinach
1 g Ground pink peppercorn

Method :

  1. Place a large enough food film on your work top.
  2. Place the salmon slices over the length.
  3. Spread Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese on the slices.
  4. Cover with spinach shoots and season with crushed pink berries.
  5. Using the food film, wrap the slices on themselves to form a long cylinder.
  6. Close the film tightly and set for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  7. Remove the film and cut into slices with a sharp knife.

Paysan Breton tip

For a more original version, add a few chopped dried cranberries on the spinach leaves.
