Banana Split Crêpe

Ingredients for :

4 people
Dark chocolate
40 g Dark chocolates
2 Units Bananas
Icing sugar
15 g Icing sugar
Powdered sugar
15 g Powdered sugar
15 g Almonds

Method :

  1. Beat cream into whipped cream with the icing sugar.
  2. Peel bananas and cut into slices.
  3. Slowly melt chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  4. In a small frying pan, melt butter and brown banana slices with caster sugar.
  5. Toast flaked almonds in a dry frying pan.
  6. Serve two crêpes per person, add caramelised banana slices, top with melted chocolate.
  7. Add a bit of whipped cream to each plate and garnish with flaked almonds.
