Carrot soup with Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese

Ingredients for :

4 people
4 Units Carrots
70 cl Waters
1 Unit Onion
10 Sprigs Chives
Salt, pepper
1 Pinch Salt, pepper

Method :

  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan and fry the onion and carrots for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour in the water. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. When the vegetables are cooked, pour the vegetables with some of the cooking juices and half the Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese into the bowl of a blender.
  6. Blend and add a little cooking juice if necessary.
  7. Serve the soup and add the remaining Madame Loïk Whipped Cheese on top.
  8. Add the chopped chives and serve with a few croutons of bread.
