Meet Nicolas
What type of food do cows need to make good milk?
So Nicolas, between ourselves ...
A lot of you wanted to ask our farmers questions! So Rémy has visited their farms in search of answers to your questions in his "between ourselves" interviews.
To answer Nathan's question, Rémy went to meet Nicolas on his farm in Kergouézan in north Finistère to find out:
How do you get cows to make good milk?
Nicolas and Adrien (his partner) have made grazing the focus of their farming activities. And as we know, all cows need grass! They have made the farm self-sufficient by growing their own cereals and vegetables to feed their herd.
We'll leave Nicolas to fill you in on the details.
