Fajitas con carne

Ingredients for :

4 people
4 Units Tortillas
1 Unit Onion
1 Unit Salad
140 g Sweetcorn
Kidney bean
140 g Kidney beans
300 g Ground beef
Olive oil
1 Dessert spoon Olive oil
Four-spice mix
2 g Four-spice mix
Hot sauce
4 Dessert spoons Hot sauce
Pinches Pepper

Method :

  1. Peel and wash onion, cut into slices.
  2. Group together 4 lettuce leaves, roll them and chop into pieces. Repeat with remaining lettuce leaves.
  3. Open cans of corn and red kidney beans. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  4. Brown minced meat in butter and oil. Add spices and vegetables. Stir and add salsa sauce. Season.
  5. Heat tortillas (on a plate covered with cling wrap) in the microwave for 2 minutes (reduce power setting). Remove cling wrap, fill each tortilla with meat mixture. Top with a few dollops of Garlic & Mixed Herbs Whipped Cheese. Fold in half and enjoy.

Paysan Breton tip

This recipe can also be made with previously buttered brick pastry sheets. Cook them in a hot oven to make them crispy.
