Because we at Paysan Breton believe that wholesome food is essential, we have decided to reduce the salt in our products.

• The first product to receive the low-salt treatment is our must-have Madame Loïk Plain Whipped Cheese with Guérande sea salt, where we reduced the salt content by 25%. You’ll love its fresh taste and unique whipped and delicately fluffy texture. It’s a treat at any mealtime, whether spread on bread for breakfast, as a dip to be enjoyed with others or incorporated into your own dishes.

• Next we have our moulded butter, delicately flavoured with a pinch of salt for a classic breakfast, which will appeal to both those who like their butter salted and those who prefer it unsalted. We won’t labour the point because we know how much you love this product! But are you aware of our latest innovation?

• Finally, enjoy the fruity taste of our grated French Emmental with 30% less salt, for tasty salads and gratins. 

No need to choose between heart and mind, you can cook what you like while being careful with the amount of salt you eat.
