I enjoy working at this site as we're a small team, the product is nice, and there's a lovely smell of crêpes all day!

Although you might not guess it from my job title, my job basically involves cooking and packaging Paysan Breton crêpes.

When I'm on the morning shift, I start at 5am by switching on the machines and positioning the packing boxes. During the day, I ensure that the crêpes are properly cooked, as it's important for the crêpes to be cooked at a specific temperature. I also check the crêpes' weight every 20 minutes to ensure they meet our standards, and finally I check that they're properly packed.

I enjoy working at this site as we're a small team, the product is nice, and there's a lovely smell of crêpes all day!
